In this role, you are the critical bridge between our massive in-store inventory and the mechanics whose lifts are backed up waiting for parts. You will drive a company-branded vehicle, delivering everything from spark plugs to exhaust systems. Logistics & Merchandising Execution

• High-Speed Fulfillment: Load your vehicle each morning and execute rapid, hot-shot style delivery stops to local repair shops, ensuring they meet their own customer deadlines.
• Inventory Picking: When not actively driving, you will assist the warehouse team in picking and pulling parts from the stockroom shelves to prepare for your next route.
• Safety & Defensive Driving: Operate your delivery vehicle with extreme care in all weather conditions, observing all local traffic laws and internal O'Reilly safety protocols.
• Customer Interaction: Act as a friendly, professional representative of the brand, communicating inventory availability and promotional offers to shop managers.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid standard driver's license. You must possess the physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly (such as carrying heavy drums of oil or brake calipers). A clean driving record and the ability to pass a standard background check are required.
