Deliver Hydration to Your Community

Both residential homes and bustling corporate offices rely on consistent deliveries of purified water jugs and coffee supplies. As a Beverage Step Van Driver, you will command a specially customized commercial step van, executing a highly scheduled daily manifest. You will drop off heavy 5-gallon water jugs, exchange empty bottles, and restock breakroom supplies. This is a heavily physical, customer-facing role that offers predictable daytime hours and the ability to build friendly, long-term relationships with your clients.

Route & Step Van Duties

• Custom Bay Navigation: Operate a step van customized with heavy-duty side-bays or specialized interior racking specifically designed to secure rolling water jugs during transit.
• High-Volume Route Execution: Navigate a daily route servicing 40 to 60 residential and commercial stops safely and efficiently.
• Intense Physical Labor: Execute the heavy lifting. You will constantly carry multiple 5-gallon water jugs (weighing over 40 lbs each) from your step van, up residential driveways, into office breakrooms, or down to basement storage areas.
• Account Management & Upselling: Act as the face of the brand. You will interact with customers, process digital invoices, and proactively suggest additional products to increase your route commission.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and experience driving wide commercial step vans. You must present a clean, highly professional appearance and possess excellent communication skills. Elite physical stamina is required to carry heavy water jugs continuously all day. A highly rigorous background check is mandatory due to entering customer homes and offices.
