Local businesses, factories, and healthcare facilities rely on pristine, clean uniforms to operate safely and professionally. As a Uniform Route Step Van Driver (often called a Route Sales Representative), you are the cornerstone of this service. You will pilot a custom-racked commercial step van through a dedicated geographical territory, picking up soiled garments and delivering freshly laundered uniforms on hangers. This is one of the most stable, relationship-driven route driving positions available.

Uniform Routing Operations

• Step Van Inventory Management: The step van is designed as a mobile closet. You will walk into the cargo bay to accurately locate, load, and unload clean garments, ensuring each employee at the client's business receives their specific uniform order.
• Dedicated Route Execution: Navigate your commercial step van along a highly structured, repetitive daily route, servicing 30 to 50 commercial customers per day.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary face of the company. You will build strong rapport with business owners, addressing service concerns and executing digital invoicing on the spot.
• Route Growth & Sales: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional facility services (like restroom supplies or floor mats) to earn commission bonuses.
