As a Mobile Tool Retail Step Van Driver (often operating as an independent franchisee for major brands), you are not just delivering boxes; you are operating a highly lucrative, mobile retail store. You will pilot a massive, 20-to-24-foot customized step van filled with premium inventory, visiting local auto repair shops and dealerships. In this elite role, you are a salesperson, a logistics expert, and a small business owner rolled into one.

Mobile Retail Operations

• Showroom Navigation: Safely drive a massive, highly customized commercial step van through commercial industrial parks, dealership lots, and tight alleyways.
• Consultative Sales: Step out of the driver's seat and into the role of a retail expert. You will invite mechanics onto your step van's walk-in showroom, demonstrate new specialized tools, and close high-ticket sales.
• Route Financing & Collections: Manage customer accounts. You will execute tool warranties, process weekly financing payments from mechanics, and meticulously manage the high-value inventory physically located on your truck.
• Strategic Route Building: Optimize your daily driving schedule to ensure you visit your highest-grossing garages on their busiest days, maximizing your sales opportunities.
