You will spend half of your shift operating inside the warehouse—picking orders, operating forklifts, and managing inventory—and the other half driving a company van to deliver those exact parts to local garages. • Fleet Loading: Execute the physical loading of the delivery vans. You must utilize spatial reasoning to organize the freight sequentially based on the delivery route, ensuring heavy items are secured at the base.
• Delivery Execution: Jump into the driver's seat and execute a dense, multi-stop commercial route, dropping off the very parts you just picked directly to the awaiting mechanics.
• Cross-Training: You will be fully trained on warehouse safety, potentially earning your forklift certification, while also mastering defensive commercial driving techniques.

Requirements
