LTL P&D Driver pay and benefits:
- Home daily — every night, every weekend
- $28-$35 per hour starting (varies by location)
- Average $80,000-$95,000 annually with overtime
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience
