Earn Up To $105,000 Annually - Home Daily! Be a part of a dynamic organization by working for one of Sysco's broadline foodservice divisions. The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Make all delivery stops on a daily schedule
- Collect payment and/or signature upon delivery
- Hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight
- Refuel the company truck, return to the warehouse, process returns, and complete the final paperwork
- Build relationships with each customer using a positive, friendly attitude
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math functions for invoice verification
