In this position, you will graduate from standard cargo vans and take the wheel of a massive P1000 or P1200 commercial step van. This vehicle allows you to transport significantly higher volumes of freight, combining dense residential drops with heavy commercial/B2B deliveries. Step Van Operations

• Commercial Driving Mastery: Safely navigate a massive, wide-body step van through tight suburban cul-de-sacs and congested commercial loading zones. Master the use of oversized mirrors and backup cameras.
• High-Volume Freight Execution: Utilize the expansive walk-in cargo area to organize your daily manifest. You will systematically load and retrieve packages weighing up to 150 lbs, utilizing heavy-duty hand trucks.
• DOT Compliance: As a step van operator, you are bound by Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. You will conduct strict pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections and manage your digital Hours of Service (HOS).
