We are seeking highly capable logistics professionals to join our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team as an Amazon DSP Step Van Delivery Driver. Stepping up to a custom Rivian electric step van or a Freightliner chassis means you can transport more packages, earn higher hourly wages, and work in a vehicle explicitly designed for ergonomic, high-speed deliveries. Amazon Step Van Operations

• Walk-In Efficiency: Eliminate the strain of bending over in a cramped cargo van. The step van allows you to stand fully upright in the cargo bay, organize massive totes seamlessly, and step directly from the driver's seat to the street.
• High-Density Routing: Execute 180 to 200+ stops a day. You will utilize proprietary Amazon routing technology to deliver massive volumes of prime packages to residential and commercial sectors.
• Advanced Telematics: Safely operate a large commercial vehicle equipped with 360-degree cameras and Netradyne safety technology, maintaining perfect following distances and speed compliance.

The Step Van Payoff

Step Van Drivers are the elite tier of the DSP fleet. You will receive fully paid, comprehensive commercial driving training to obtain your DOT certification. Enjoy premium hourly pay (higher than standard van drivers), robust health benefits, 401(k) matching, and immediate PTO accrual.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age. You must possess a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to pass a DOT physical exam. Extreme physical fitness is required; you must be capable of repetitively lifting packages (up to 50 lbs) and climbing in and out of the high step van cab hundreds of times a day.
